Jeff brings an entrepreneurial eye to real estate and a hands-on approach to the work of turning a property’s potential into a finished project.
Raised in Plano, Texas, Jeff earned his BA from Texas A&M University. He began his real estate career buying and selling homes, completing more than 400 residential transactions before expanding into commercial brokerage, property management and development.
Today, Jeff oversees the project management team, including entitlements, due diligence, project scope, team selection, contract negotiations and cost monitoring. His experience ranges from big-box redevelopment and shopping center repositioning to retail and restaurant build-outs.
Jeff’s relationships with tenants, lenders, municipalities and capital partners support his work across the portfolio. He holds a Texas real estate license and is an ICSC member. Away from work, Jeff is a father of three.
